We accept payment by card, Apple/Android Pay, bank transfer, and cash.

Children's appointment fees are increasing to £85 (initial) and £70 (follow-up) from 1st July 2026, bringing them in line with adult appointments to reflect the specialist training required. Existing patients will be charged current rates until then.

How long is an appointment?

Initial appointments are booked into a one-hour slot. The appointment itself lasts around 50 minutes, with the remaining time used for notes, cleaning, and preparation between patients. Follow-up appointments are booked into a 45-minute slot, with around 35 minutes of treatment time.

What to wear

Wear something comfortable and easy to move in — sports shorts or leggings are ideal.

Cancellations

To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your booking confirmation email or contact us directly. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to another patient. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full treatment fee.
